How long will fitting take?
Manufacture normally takes less than 2 weeks and we can fit 4 windows to your home in a single day. 7 windows and a door usually takes a day and a half and 10 windows and 2 doors less than 3 days. For conservatories, after installation work commences completion will be with 21 days weather permitting.
Do you have a customer services department?
Yes, we have our very own dedicated customer services agents who will ensure any concerns you may have will always be dealt with quickly and efficiently.
You say you can supply A-Rated windows, do I get any proof?
Yes, you will receive a certificate of authentication which proves that your windows are A-Rated.
If you choose a B or C rated window this will be indicated also.
What happens if my plaster work is disturbed?
We have a full time plasterer on hand to carry out any repair work.
Do your installation teams use dust sheets?
Absolutely. We always leave your property clean and tidy.
When would I need toughened safety glass?
Toughened safety glass should always be fitted on all conservatories, exterior doors, french doors and patio doors as well as any window that is less than 800mm from floor level.
When I'm having a conservatory fitted does building control inspect the foundations?
Yes, is it is now the law that the custtomer should inform Building Control before commencement of work. We recommend an architect who wiil advise you at every stage of the project, from start to finish so you'll always know what's happening.
